What is your returns policy?
If goods are returned this must be within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as sent, postage and insurance (if applicable) is the customers responsibility. Returns can only be accepted at Lucia's Wardrobe's discretion.
How can I pay?
We accept cheques and money orders in Sterling and credit cards but regret not
Amex or Diners. All cheques and credit cards will be cleared before any item is released.
If a credit card is used 2% extra is added to the cost of the item. Credit cards will be processed in Sterling. Cheques can be accepted in the buyer's currency but an addition of £8.00 must be added (Bank charges), and clearance takes longer. We can advise on this matter. |

How much does postage cost?
Postage charges are extra. We will post first class and signed for if required. Lucia's Wardrobe will obtain proof of postage for any item sent. We do strongly advise that customers pay for recorded delivery. In the case of items lost in transit, Lucia's Wardrobe accepts no responsibility if the customer did not consent to 'signed for' postage.
How long will my purchases take to arrive?
Items will be posted out on the Thursday of each week after 'monies' have cleared.
Overseas buyers should be aware of import tax and Lucia's Wardrobe cannot be held responsible for any tax incurred.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and will give individual quotes for individual items. |
